Your Rest-Guard Premium Mattress Protector is guaranteed as a barrier of moisture between you and your mattress for 10 years.
We recommend washing the cover a maximum of once every three weeks and either hang dry or dry at a low heat/ Air dry setting only.
In Addition; Taperly Products Ltd. Warrants the owner of this new Rest-Guard premium mattress protector, that should the combined purchase of a new mattress and protector from an authorized Rest-Guard retailer become stained as a result of normal residential use during the first 10 years of this warranty by ordinary household foods, beverages, grease, and /or human biological stains, provided it was covered by the Rest-Guard protector at the time the spillage occurred, Taperly products reserves the right to decide, in the case of a validated claim, whether to clean, repair, or replace the stained mattress or provide one of comparable quality. The warranty begins on the date of purchase as indicated on copy of proof of purchase.

Responsibility of the warranty holder: The purchaser of the mattress and the Rest-Guard premium mattress protector is entirely responsible for performing routine maintenance on the mattress and Rest-Guard protector. To validate warranty, you must register the warranty on our website, www.taperly.com within 45 days from the date of purchase and present a copy of your proof of purchase (during a warranty claim) of both your new Rest-Guard product and new mattress both purchased at the same time.
NOTE - The registration of a claim must be within 5 business days of a stain occurrence.

Things to Remember:

Keep your sales receipt.
The Mattress Pad must be used on your mattress throughout the term of the warranty plan.
Only BLOT stains before calling Taperly, do not attempt to clean until given specific cleaning instructions.
When requesting service for a stain, have your mattress sales receipt number ready.
Protection expires if stained mattress requires replacement.
Products should be dried under low or air dry settings ONLY. If covers are dried under higher heat setting, it could or will void the warranty.
